WATER TO COFFEE RATIO

10g fine ground coffee

150 ml water

How to brew:-

1. Set the foldable stainless steel pour over onto the cup.

1. Add fine ground coffee. Use 2 teaspoon (10g) of coffee grounds for every cup (150 ml) of water.

2. Slowly pour a small amount of water onto the grounds. Stop pouring when all the grounds are saturated.

3. Let the coffee bloom. Wait 15–30 seconds. Pausing to let the coffee bloom gives the grounds a fuller flavour.

4. Pour outward in a spiral motion. Stop when all the water has been poured.

5. Remove the foldable stainless steel pour over. Time to enjoy your fresh cup of coffee at home!
