We currently ship throughout Malaysia, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). 

Packaging & Handling

All products are packed carefully to maintain their quality and prevent damage during transit. Fragile items such as glass bottles are wrapped with extra protection to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

For Peninsular Malaysia, deliveries usually take 2 to 5 working days. For East Malaysia, please allow 3 to 7 working days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount — keep an eye on our announcements.

Delivery Issues
