Ice powder ~ The texture is similar to that of Aiyu.

Ice powder is easy to make. Here are the ways to make it

Boil 2 to 2.3 litres of hot water (equivalent to 4 bottles of 500ml mineral water).

2. Pour in a packet of ice powder and stir until dissolved (stir continuously for 2 to 4 minutes during the rinsing process, and wait for it to cool (the solidification time is 4 to 6 hours). Don’t be in a hurry.

3. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to chill

4. Add brown sugar, ice powder companion (available in our store), fruits, lemon tea and various other desserts.

Precautions! After the ice powder is made, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 days. It will gradually dissolve and lose water, which is a normal phenomenon.

One 40g pack of ice powder can make about 6 to 8 bowls
