Ho Kar Sai, means Tiger Bites Lion in Hokkien dialect. This is a beverage for the bold mixture of local coffee powder, chocolate and milk, popularly consumed in Northern Malaysia, especially in Taiping.

Coffee Master Classic Mocha Ho Kar Sai is made by mixing local kopi and enriched chocolate powder. It is aromatic, smooth and tastes like a local style Mocha !

– Ingredient: Mixture of local coffee powder, chocolate powder and milk.

– Brewing Instruction: Pour the powder powder in to cup, add 150-180ml hot water, stir well and enjoy. For cold drinks, we suggest to add only 80-100ml of water, wait for it to cool down, then add ice cubes and ready to drink.

– Storage Method: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
